Conwest Group and Cushman Wakefield approached us with a new and innovative commercial development; Ironworks. The new warehouse, office, flex space covers a full city block and pays homage to the original Ironworks factory. Unlike traditional commercial building marketing, Conwest wanted to market the building like a residential project, including a sales centre, website and brochure.
We worked with Conwest to develop a full brand manifesto and personality for Ironworks. We developed print marketing messaging, materials, sales centre and website. We creatively mixed the Ironworks’ past history with a new modern and innovative personality to achieve smart and marketable commercial building collateral unlike any other.
