More than a design agency

Y&W Agency started in 2014 when a group of talented individuals came together to create a full service design agency.

Headlined by Jaime Ward-Yassin, she was joined with marketing director and social media expert Meego Yassin, content creator Tavia Cosper and photographer Lachlan McAdam. In 2017 they expanded their family to include web programer, Catherine Marsh and designer, Doaa Mq.

The Y&W culture boasts a working family, with flexible working conditions, equality among each individual, lots of support, laughs and beer! We’ve selected the best people in their respective industries to complement and help build Y&W, and provide clients with the ultimate creative services and customer experience.

More than just co-workers, the we are close friends and spend much of our time together outside of work… where we usually talk about work.
